can organic farming displace abroad labouring?

Here, we have a country with almost all kind of soil and climate in the world. With all the needed land that we want which have been left barren for many years mainly in the hilly and mountainous area. The possibility is very vast, more than what we can reap in our life time. The opportunity is limitless, as we have a land that hasn't exactly been destroyed by the heavy use of Chemicals. So the platform is limitless  for us. While talking about organic farming, most of the farmers are still following the natural form of farming anyways as they don't have the or knowledge to use the chemical fertilizers. Another trend that has been seen in Nepal for the last some years is that the people don't tend to give much importance to their farm as most of the male member of the family go abroad and the female member alone can't do all the manual work in the farm. They try as much as they can but even then a significant slice of the total arable land is either left barren or not cultivated properly. Which leaves the land not used properly. These land could be used to increase the productivity of the country if they could be managed properly and the production could be increased. If taken seriously the organic farming could also fetch a good amount of money and may one day even be the main source of earning for all those who now a days go abroad for work. This could discourage the trend of people going abroad as a whole in the future.
